Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre is a purpose built facility. Downstairs, there is a reception area and a community hall space, as well as changing rooms and shower facilities. There is a large space outside that comes with picnic benches, two jetties, boat storing facilities, and a metal stair case entrance to the upper section of the building.
