St George's Town Hall is a Grade ll listed building.

Key features include a grand staircase and a wood panelled conference room.

Outside the Town Hall is a large mural, painted in the early 1980s to depict the 'Battle of Cable Street' of1936 when a clash took place between the Metropolitan Police who sent to protect a march by members of the British Union of Fascists, led by Oswald Mosley, and various anti-fascist demonstrators.
