Victorian Ashlar Hall
Wirral | Ref 35300
Grade II listed, mid-19th‑century building with a symmetrical classical frontage.
Originally constructed in 1845 as a private residence and remodelled soon after, it later served as a place of worship before becoming a fraternal hall in the early 20th century, reflecting long, continuous use.
Ashlar-faced elevations are arranged over two storeys with four bays divided by full-height pilasters capped with egg-and-dart capitals. A strong parapet conceals the roofline, creating a clean, formal profile. Suited to period drama and factual work, the exterior provides detailed heritage texture and an authoritative backdrop.
