Exclusively available through FilmHub we are delighted to present London Screen Academy. Originally built in the 1930's, this now newly renovated location is home to the next generation of talent and those seeking an education in the Film and TV production.
Inside are a variety of spaces from a fully operational Film Studio through to classrooms, holding areas, a rooftop with a stunning view over London as well as corridors and staircases.

Restrictions
- All hires for filming and photography require that the hiring production provide a minimum of 2 student placements / shadowing opportunities with the hirer in a suitable role / department determined by the hirer.
- Limited availability during term time. Availability most likely during evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
- Access Times: Open 7am-7pm weekdays and 9am-4pm at weekends. Additional security can be arranged.
- We are in a residential area, so noise needs to be managed carefully and fully quiet by 10pm.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Loading: Vehicles can drive up to the front of the building for drop-off on the forecourt.
Parking: Little parking available. A small forecourt for up to 4 vehicles.
Wheelchair Access: Accessible throughout (Ground floor entrance; Passenger Lift)
Wi-Fi: Guest wifi available. Specific requirements TBD with IT & AV Manager.
Catering: Crews can bring own food. Large state of the art kitchen. Third party caterer available.
Changing Rooms: Small male / female / neutral changing rooms (10 pax)
Toilets: Approx 70 on site (across 5 floors).
Holding Areas: Yes
Blackout: Available in certain areas
Smoke / Haze Machines: Yes, permitted
