A large open space with concrete base, and green space including a community garden located on Bromley Hall Road (close to the A12 and A13).

The concrete space is currently used by a range of small and medium sized enterprises for a range of uses, and the green space is unoccupied. There are also a set of overground garages that can be used for storage or filming.
